Volunteers who came on that Saturday morning to plant and moved three cubic metres of washed sand from Carnarvon to act as mulch. They did this with buckets!

The project was first envisinged in 2015 with a meeting held in the Croquet club. Now it is happening here in 2020.

Friends of Geraldton Gardens Inc, Members and Volunteers have a burning ambition to build a first class Botanic Garden in Maitland Park, Geraldton. This demo garden has been created by FroGGs and features the amazing flora of our Mid-West district, from the within the City of Greater Geraldton.

This beginning has been made possible by the Building Greater Communities grant through the good Offices of Melissa Price, liberal member for Durack.
